- Flower availability may vary based on seasonal supply.
2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in AED.
- Orders must be paid in full before delivery.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
3. Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, we may replace flowers or products with similar ones of equal or higher value without prior notice.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery timings: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Same-day delivery is subject to availability.
- Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cancelled within 1 hour of placing will be fully refunded.
- After the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:
- The wrong product is delivered
- The product is damaged during delivery
- Delivery fails due to our mistake
